Working with Issues
Easily create, assign, comment and resolve issues.
(1) Creating an Issue
Set attributes like type, priority, assignee and description to easily create a new issue.
(2) Commenting on Issues
Read and reply to comments directly at the issue and make quicker team decisions. Comments are pushed to all team members working on the issue. Latest comments are always at the top. Comments you have not read are highlighted in yellow.
You can view or collapse comments by clicking on them.
(3) Changing the Assignee
Change the assignee to delegate the task to the next team member. You can also leave the issue unassigned.
The assigned user receives the push notification to his Colabolo Inbox.
(4) Resolving Issues
Once satisfied with the work completed on the issue, you can resolve it with the click of a button. The issue will be archived and removed from the to-do-list of the assignee.
You can also set a resolution to indicate how the issue was resolved. You are done!
