Colabolo contains a selection of templates for common business processes, which you can also customize to suit your business needs.

Select a workflow template

The workflow defines the various states as issue goes through in its life-cycle. Colabolo contains built-in workflow templates for common business processes like task assignment, order processing, business issues, help desk, approval requests, document reviews and more.

Add new Issue Workflows

You can select the issue type when creating a new issue. The issue type determines the workflow that issue shall go through.

Custom Workflows

Use the built-in workflow editor to customize a workflow template to match your business process. For example, you can define your own workflow for how you handle order flow in your team.
