1. Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?
We aim to offer an affordable price to all our users, NPOs and educational institutions included. By keeping our systems standard and simple, we can keep costs low. Finally, your contribution ensures delivery of quality service and support for your team.

2. I am unable to view the issues in my project. What should I do?
If your access to Colabolo issues is restricted, it means that either (a) your trial period has expired, or (b) your scheduled payment via PayPal was not honored, or (c) you have canceled your subscription.
In order to regain full access your project’s issues, please subscribe to Colabolo service.

3. What is the pricing for Colabolo service?
Colabolo service costs $9.99 per user/month. Please review Colabolo pricing details.

4. How can I subscribe to Colabolo?
Please follow these instructions to subscribe to Colabolo service.

5. Can I pay by credit card?
You can pay by credit card via PayPal:
(a) You can create your PayPal account and charge it with your credit card or bank account (depends on country), or
(b) If you do not have a PayPal account, choose to pay by credit card on the PayPal page and PayPal shall automatically prompt you to create your account before checkout.

6. How can I change my subscription plan? How can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription plan?
You can increase or decrease the number of users in your subscription plan at any time – just follow the instructions. The new number of users is available immediately and the payment for the new subscription plan is effective from the next payment cycle.

7. How can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your access to all Colabolo projects shall become restricted.
You may re-subscribe to restore full access to all projects.

8. Why can’t I decrease the number of users in my subscription?
If you have modified your subscription, you may not downgrade until your monthly/annual subscription’s next renewal date.

9. Why can’t I remove a member of my project team?
If you are sponsoring a team member, you must revoke his sponsorship before removing him from all your project teams.
